1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our desk tools, organizers, lamps, and other desktop gadgets. To be eligible for a return and subsequent refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • 30-Day Window:‌ You have ‌30 calendar days‌ from the date you receive the item to initiate a return.
  • Unused & Unopened Condition:‌ The item must be in its original, ‌unused, and unopened‌ condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Original Packaging:‌ The product must be returned in its original manufacturer’s box or packaging to protect it during transit.
  • Proof of Purchase:‌ You must provide your original order number or a valid proof of purchase (email confirmation, invoice).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that are damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or accident.
  • Products that have been used, altered, assembled, or are not in their original condition.
  • Any item not in its original packaging or missing components, manuals, or parts.
  • Gift cards or downloadable software products.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” on the product page at the time of purchase.

2. The Returns Process (Step-by-Step)

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). 3. Refund Policy (After Return is Received & Approved)

CRITICAL POLICY POINT: REFUNDS ARE ISSUED ONLY AFTER THE ITEM IS SUCCESSFULLY RETURNED TO OUR WAREHOUSE AND PASSES INSPECTION.‌ We do not process partial or full refunds before receiving the product.

  • Approved Returns:‌ Upon successful inspection, your refund will be processed. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Timing:‌ Please allow ‌5-10 business days‌ for the refund to appear in your account after we have approved it. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

Important:‌ This policy for faulty/wrong items is separate and ‌does not apply to simple change-of-mind returns‌, which are subject to the standard return shipping charges as noted in Section 2.
