1. Processing & Shipping Timelines
We strive to prepare and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Central Time) may be processed on the next business day.
- Shipping Duration: Once your order leaves our warehouse, estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Within México: 3-7 business days.
- International Shipments (North & Central America): 7-15 business days.
- International Shipments (Rest of World): 10-25 business days.
- Total Delivery Estimate: Please allow for Order Processing Time + Shipping Duration for your total estimated delivery window. These are estimates, not guarantees, as delays can occur due to carrier logistics, customs procedures, or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping options and costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and dimensions.
- Primary Carrier for México: We primarily use national postal services and established local couriers for domestic deliveries.
- International Shipments: For orders outside México, we partner with reliable international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS, depending on the destination and service level.
- Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach locations may incur additional charges or experience longer transit times. If applicable, this will be indicated at checkout.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout.
- Factors: Costs are determined by the destination country, package weight and dimensions, and selected shipping speed.
- Free Shipping: We occasionally offer promotional free shipping on orders over a specified amount. Any such offer will be clearly advertised on our website and applied automatically at checkout if the conditions are met.
- Import Duties & Taxes:
- For shipments within México, all applicable taxes are included.
- For international orders, the customer is solely responsible for all import duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are payable to the carrier or customs authority upon delivery. We cannot control these fees and recommend you check with your local customs office for estimates.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal. You can use this information to monitor your package’s journey.
- If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at ventasnear@tmprintstore.com with your order number.
5. Delivery & Receipt
- Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete, correct, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- Delivery Attempts: The carrier will typically attempt delivery 1-3 times. If unsuccessful, they may hold the package at a local facility or return it to us.
- Receiving the Package: Please inspect the external packaging of your delivery upon receipt before signing. If the package appears severely damaged, you have the right to note this with the delivery driver or refuse the shipment. If you accept a damaged package, please contact us within 24 hours with photos.
6. Undeliverable, Lost, or Stolen Packages
- Address Issues: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept, or failure to pay import duties, we will contact you. A fee covering the return shipping and a restocking charge may apply to re-send the order.
- Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period (e.g., 15 business days for domestic, 30 for international), please contact us. We will initiate an inquiry with the carrier.
- Stolen Packages: TM Print is not responsible for packages that are successfully delivered to the address on file and then stolen. We suggest providing a secure delivery location or using carrier “hold for pickup” options if available.
7. Changes, Holds & Cancellations
- Address Changes: Please contact us immediately at ventasnear@tmprintstore.com if you need to change your shipping address. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
- Order Cancellations: You may request to cancel an order if it has not yet entered the “Shipped” status. Please contact us as soon as possible.
- Shipping Delays: While we provide estimated timelines, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, customs inspections, carrier delays, or other events beyond our control.
